What

We offer private swimming lessons (one-on-one or in duo) for children. One lesson is 25 minutes.

When the lessons take place in one of the swimming pools we cooperate with, the sessions are always in duo (2 children for 1 teacher). When the lessons take place in your own home, the sessions are one-on-one (1 child for 1 teacher).

During our lessons your child will learn at its own pace to overcome fear and to float, move and swim independently in the water. Our method is designed to ensure rapid progress, taking into account the highest industry standards.

Waves

The Zilt swim journey is build around 3 levels or “Waves”: Fearless, Freedom and Flowing. Each Wave is composed of different milestones.

We celebrate each new milestone, because every progress is important for your child.

Once your child has reached all the milestones of a Wave, he/she can start the next Wave. Your child can step in any Wave at any time, provided he/she possesses the skills of the previous Wave(s) and has the appropriate minimum age. 

There is no minimum or maximum number of lessons per Wave. Once the milestones are reached, the Wave is ‘completed’.

Every child gets his personal swim journal that can be filled in every lesson. The celebration of milestones, feedback from the swim teacher or parents, pictures and so much more can be documented in your child’s swim journal.

Who

Children from 18 months old can start in Wave “Fearless”. Children from 2 years* old can start in Wave “Freedom”. Children from 3,5 years* old can start in Wave “Flowing”.

*At the condition they possess the skills of the previous Wave(s). 

Start swimming

We offer a free trial lesson for every child. We find it important to get to know your child and to slowly introduce him/her to the new environment and our method.

During the trial lesson we focus on your child’s unique skills and strengths in the water and determine the appropriate start Wave.

Your child’s personal swim schedule will be determined after the trial lesson (location, hour, frequency, approach, etc.).
